We believe that Stand Up Paddling is only a core exercise when paddling with proper technique, and many of the publicized and marketed health benefits (i.e. one of the greatest forms of exercise, core work-out, cross training, etc) are only applicable when paddling correctly.  Our recommended progression below will help you build a solid foundational skill set and allow you to keep paddling in an efficient and enjoyable manner.
